We finished a build recently and I took the drone up to capture the completed co living homes Halfway through the fly-out, a magpie decided the drone was a threat and started swooping. Ended up with proper Aussie behind-the-scenes footage. Here's what I was actually filming: → Completed co-living home, ground-up build on a residential lot → Bedrooms fitted out, kitchen finished, exterior sharp → Ready for tenants → One more home added toward the 1,000 by 2030 The drone shot was the plan. The magpie was the reality. This is what most investors never see. Between the render and the completed home is 12-18 months of decisions, coordination, and a lot of days that don't make it into the highlight reel. And occasionally, a bird.
