We design our co-living homes for energy efficiency from the start: solar on the roof and battery storage, so the homes generate and store their own power. Why do we care: lower bills (part of why our homes stay full), a smaller footprint, and a more resilient, future-proof asset for the investor. Affordable housing shouldn't mean expensive-to-run housing especially with the advance in tech. Building new lets us do it properly - efficient by design, not retrofitted later. Good for owners = Good for returns = Good for the long hold.
