Not 1,000 transactions. 1,000 affordable, well-built, fully furnished, professionally managed homes for the people who keep our cities running, and for the over-55s who've done their bit. Every Keystone project moves the number. Every investor who backs the model helps build it. We only add supply where demand already exists. And a project that stacks up financially still needs equity to get it started. We're not there yet, but we're moving in the right direction.
