Home ownership has long been a cornerstone of wealth creation in Australia, but it's becoming increasingly out of reach for younger generations as affordability and supply challenges persist. The answer isn't cheaper property through falling prices. It's building more homes, improving planning, and creating pathways for more Australians to own quality property.
